Community Outreach
The Northlake Homeless Coalition is open Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. Phone assessments are conducted Monday – Friday. In addition to street outreach, the NHC conducts community outreach at various locations throughout the week. The following times and locations are constant throughout the year, barring state office closures, state holidays, or otherwise noted on this page.
